The service and support that you and your staff provided during this challenging overhaul of our restaurant, was efficient and was always, with high attention to quality and detail.

Our IT supervisor was please to note your commitment to taking this opportunity when our building was in this remodeling stat, to take advantage of this time to address proper electrical and environment changes that would be to our benefit. Your emphasis that we make these changes to insure longer life of our equipment and less down time due to electrical issues is just another example of how you go the extra mile to insure a long term relationship rather than turn a quick buck. You could have sold us more hardware in a shorter period of time, but you opted to do the things that show me that you are determined to make this relationship and our ongoing business dealings a long term experience.

 

When we decided to remodel this location, a substantial amount of time was out into determining how to better serve all of the different types of customers we have at Carrabbas. We made significant changes to our physical plant to increase our ability to deliver products to our Take Out and Curb Side Delivery guests. The improvements you helped us with in regards to our POS system made a more efficient delivery mechanism, having measurably improved our ability to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, and generate valuable new percentages of revenue from areas that previously did not perform as well.

 

You and RCS employees have continued to provide an exemplary level of service excellence to our organization. From tech support, to corporate polling, software support and reporting issues, your ongoing efforts make it easy to want to keep RCS an ongoing member of our team.
