The POS has increased the speed that we can take orders and has almost eliminated mistakes. The system is very user friendly and easy to make changes in house. The reports are good and easy to use.

It does take some time investment to learn the ins and outs. but it is worth the effort. The few problems we have had have been due to strange customer requests that we had not thought of. RCS has been very helpful in resolving these problems. I enjoy working with the people at RCS and would definitely recommend them.
