The Focus POS system has done an excellent job of handling the high volume business that we experience here. Your design and layout of the ordering system allows my wait staff to zero in on their MOST important duty of all….spending every second possible making sure that our guests have the best dining experience imaginable. Attention to detail cannot be achieved unless our servers are at our tables and not trying to navigate an ordering screen.

We have profoundly busy restaurant here at the vineyard, and due to our remote rural location here in Driftwood, it is imperative that our POS system and the people who support it are dependable. When the occasion presents itself that we do not need support, you and your organization have given us rapid deployment and superior service.
