· What is Focus Webview?

    - Focus Webview is a breakthrough online reporting software that allows multiple users to view their Focus reports from the store level through any internet connection.

 

· What reports does Focus Webview allow me to see?

 - Attendance, discount, batch, daily sales, gift card, hourly sales, multi store pmix, multi store sales, non-cash payment, paid out, payroll, pmix, time card, time card audit, variable price item, void, and weekday comparison are some of the reports that are available. Also an interactive dashboard (pictured right) allows the user to drill down report groups, labor costs, and discounts to see more detailed reporting. The layout of the dashboard is easily customized for the user.

 

· What other features does Focus Webview have?

- Other than being able to view Focus reports, Webview also offers a unique alerting service. The user can setup alerts that will email or text a user to show when a check has been reopened, when items are voided above a user-defined amount, when a variable price item is rang over a user-defined amount, and more. Also, Focus Webview users have the unique ability to enter online service tickets and use their ‘online briefcase’ to upload and access any file they choose. Users can also email employees straight from their employee contact list in Webview.

 

· How current is the data from Webview?

- Focus Webview uploads the most current data from the store every 15 minutes. Previous data is also accessible and reports can be viewed over a date range, just like in Focus.
